Welcome to My Mobile Home Tour

Before we can move back to the home that I lived in before I lived with my mom, I'm going to be working on the house. The goal is to give the whole house a fresh coat of paint. I just want a really fresh crisp clean look so I'm gonna go with a white color. I haven't decided on the shade of white but I know that I want it to be white & for now I've decided on a light oak color for the floor.

Professionals are going to come in & rip out all of this old floor & carpet & I'm gonna put hard floors all throughout the house but I want to get all of the painting done first. I'm going to be starting on that probably next week but I wanted to do the tour before any changes are made. This is where my roots of YouTube started & I filmed a lot of videos in this house & I'm really excited to be back. What I'm gonna do is show you guys the layout of the home but also share my vision of how I want each room to be.

When you first walk into the home you have the front room which will be the living room . We will have the TV & stuff in here. I'm thinking maybe a TV here, kind of catty cornered. I eventually want to get a sectional couch that wraps around. I had these tables built & I really want to keep them so that's a little coffee table & then I was using these as end tables but I think they might work better as bedside tables. This room I'm thinking is going to be the living room, & I need to go around & Tack the molding back up & all the rooms are going to get a Fresh coat of paint. A Fresh coat of white & then the walls will be white as well, just a different shade of white.

When you come around this is the dining room.

& this is my buffet table that I love! I specifically had this built for this area so I don't know if I'll move it & use it somewhere else. It might make a good kitchen island so we might have to do that.

Next, this used to be the living/family room. I don't know what to do for this room, should it be a playroom? But then I don't want to have a ton of toys in the main living area either. If y'all have any ideas or suggestions leave them over on FB or IG. This is the blanket ladder I built so I'm probably going to hang on to that & use it. The Fireplace has to be fixed. The glass on the front busted so I've got to have it replaced.

Coming in to the left of the room with the fireplace is the kitchen, the heart of the home. I've got to get some new appliances & I'm currently shopping for those I just haven't decided on what to go with. Any suggestions for me leave me a comment down below. I want to do something to the countertops & could use your suggestions on those as well. One thing I've always loved about this house is the amount of cabinets that it has. I'm thinking of a coffee station here, a little coffee bar.

Off of the kitchen is the laundry area with a small pantry & I plan to add some shelving so I will have somewhere to put laundry products. We'll get the walls cleaned up & painted. Then the back door, I haven't decided yet if we need to have a doggie door there or not. This is a utility closet for tools, paint, etc. This is a deep freezer I'm still going to hang on to. And because we have a really small pantry in this house, I want to maybe get a cabinet so that way I'll have extra Pantry space. I can't think of anything else I'm going to use this space for & we need the extra Pantry space.

Coming through the kitchen it takes you back into the dining room but if you turn to the right of the dining room that takes you into the Master Bedroom. I can't decide if I'm going to keep this color or if I'm going to paint it white as well. Even though it's a really pretty color I think I just want to have a fresh clean look. Here are the nightstands that are in here & were included in the furniture that I had built. They built the bed frame & these two tables but as I mentioned in the living room, I might trade these out. They are bigger but they're also lower. We’ll need to have the light fixture repaired. To the left of the bed is the master closet. These two pieces of furniture are a really good dresser that I may paint. They're really good & sturdy so I definitely want to keep them but they do need a fresh coat of paint because they look a little outdated.

Coming into the master bath, I've always loved these mirrors they're so pretty. It's a really spacious bathroom. It has a nice garden tub & a separate shower. We've got his & hers sinks. The drawer needs repair & I need to replace bulbs. Another one of my favorite things about this house is the amount of cabinets that are in this bathroom. Lots of storage space. And, with these counters in here I also want to paint those too.

I also have to call about these spots on the ceiling. I’m not sure if they’re new or old spots from when it was leaking before & I had them repaired.

I wanted to give a tour before I started working on the home because that's kind of where my content is going. I will be over getting it ready for us to live in so keep a lookout for all of that content. I'm really excited to be back in this house bringing you all some new content.
